SMS Terms
The program
SweetKora sends text messages on behalf of the salons, spas and similar businesses that use it to manage their appointments. When you give your mobile number to one of those businesses — for example when you book online — you agree to receive text messages from that business, sent through SweetKora.
What you will receive
- Confirmations of the appointments you book.
- Reminders before your appointment.
- Follow-ups after a visit, such as care instructions, a check-in, or a request to review the business.
- Replies from the business when you text it.
- Promotional messages, such as offers from the business, only if you have separately agreed to receive them.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of booking or of any purchase.
How often
Message frequency varies with your appointments. Most people receive a few messages around each visit.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. SweetKora and the businesses using it do not charge you for text messages.
Stopping messages
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from that number. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. Reply START to resume.
Help
Reply HELP to any message, or email support@sweetkora.com. For questions about a specific appointment, contact the business you booked with.
Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include the major U.S. carriers; delivery is not guaranteed.
Privacy
Your mobile number and opt-in consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how your information is handled, and our Terms of Service.
